Garlic Butter Noodles!




Ingredients List:

  • Noodle of Choice (I like to use Angel Hair Pasta)

  • 2 Sticks of Butter

  • 3 Teaspoons of Minced Garlic (Trust me Fresh is better!)

  • 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice or Half of a Freshly Squeezed Lemon

  • 1 Cup of White Cooking Wine or Sherry Cooking Wine

  • 1 Bunch of Fresh Parsley

  • Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning & Red Pepper Flakes (if you like spice!)


Step 1: Boil Noodles in Salted Water According to 2 Minutes Under the Box Directions. Salt the Water like Ocean Water!! Save 1 Cup of the Pasta Water!

Step 2: Melt Down of One Stick of Butter in a Saucepan then Add in your Garlic & Seasonings to your Taste!

Step 3: Add in your Preferred Cooking Wine and Allow to Come to a Simmer.

Step 4: Time to Add in your Boiled Pasta and Mix with your White Wine Sauce.

Step 5: Add in Another Stick of Butter. Yes, that much Butter these are Butter Noodles!

Step 6: Add in the Saved Pasta Water (Only if the Pasta Needs Some Loving).

Step 7: Add in the Lemon Juice, Parsley & More Seasonings to your Taste!

Step 8: Top w/ a Protein of Your Choice! I Love to Pair w/ Shrimp!

Step 9: You are All Done & Ready to Enjoy!
