Salmon Cakes

Ingredients Needed:
3 Filets of Salmon (Makes 10-12)
1/2 Cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 Cup of Mayo
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
Salt/Pepper TT
Garlic Powder TT
Onion Powder TT
Paprika TT
Seafood Seasoning TT
Sliced Green Onion for Garnish
Vegetable Oil
Step One:
Season salmon with all the above seasonings to your liking then place on a baking sheet and place in the oven on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Step Two:
After your salmon has cooked, break up your salmon and mix it in a mixing bowl your mayo, bell pepper, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsley and panko bread crumbs. After mixing, add seasonings to your specific taste as needed.
Step Three:
Form your mixture into circle patties. After forming them into patties, heat your vegetable oil in a cast iron pan or cooking pan of choice. You want to make sure to not put too much oil in the pan only about a 1/4 cup of oil to just get that perfect sear on your patties.
Step Four:
After your oil has heated, add in the patties and cook on each side for 4 minutes just to get a good color and sear.
Step Five:
Finally time to enjoy! Plate them and top with your sliced green onion for a delicious and beautiful garnish! Pair with your favorite seafood sauce! Take pictures and post your results to IG and tag me @dkgoodeats, I want to see your beautiful dishes!
